※紹介状や公費受給者証などは、ある場合のみお持ちください。
※保険医療機関では、月初めに保険証の確認が義務付けられています。
※月初めには、保険証を必ずお持ちください。

【日本の健康保険をお持ちでない外国人の方へ】

当院では、日本の健康保険証をお持ちでない外国人の方に対して、以下のとおり診療費を頂戴しております。

診療費について

• 日本の健康保険証をお持ちでない外国人患者様は、
  **診療費が通常の200％（2倍）**となります。　※1点あたり20円で計算されます。
• 日本の健康保険証をお持ちでない、日本語が話せる日本人患者様は、診療費が100％となります。

受診時に必要なもの

• パスポートまたは在留カードをご持参ください。

通訳の同伴について

• 日本語での会話が難しい場合は、可能な限り通訳の方とご来院ください。
  　※診療の安全と正確性のため、ご協力をお願いいたします。

【For foreigners without Japanese health insurance card】 

We will charge the following fees to those who do not have a Japanese health insurance card.

Medical fees 

For foreign patients who do not have a Japanese health insurance card, the medical fee will be 200% (double) of the normal fee. The fee is calculated at 20 yen per point.

For Japanese patients without a Japanese health insurance card who can speak Japanese, the fee will be 100% of the regular fee.

What you need at the time of consultation 

Please bring your passport or resident card.

Accompanying Interpreter 

If you have difficulty speaking Japanese, we recommend that you come to the clinic with an interpreter.

 We ask for your cooperation to ensure the safety and accuracy of the medical examination.
